“I will tear down the wall…” -Ezekiel 13:14

You might not even realize it, but many of us have walls in our own lives.  These walls stand between you and your receiving God’s best for your life. Is it sin that stands between you and God’s best? An old hurt that has grown into a root of bitterness and now it has become a barrier between you and all that God wants you to have.?  Or maybe it’s an indifferent spirit that has invaded your life and has erected a wall between you and God.? It could even be a bad attitude; an unforgiving spirit; pride; anger; or something from your past.?

Whatever it is, it’s keeping you from going deeper with God. That wall has to come down in order for you to walk forward into God’s best! Humble yourself before the Lord. -James 4:10

It’s time to tear down the walls, all of them!

Trust in God’s promises. Isaiah 58:11 says, “The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” Do you trust Him.?

How many times have you tried to reach through to Him—by prayer, fasting, reading His Word, worship.?  If you only knew how hard the enemy tries to block you. START declaring Jesus is Lord. “For greater is He that is within you than He that is in the world." God wants to break down the walls in your life. Not just some of them. All of them!

Is there something you have missed? Is there a wall still standing.?

Open your heart and your hands and allow God to come in and take down any wall, any kind of hindrance, whether it be a large wall that you've been hitting your head against for years or a small fence. There is something blocking God’s presence from just devouring you to where you could be swallowed up in the goodness of God, to where fear can not find a place in your life. Get to the point where only FAITH is present.

Strive to be all God has called you to be, knowing His knowledge and knowing the Authority He has given you in His name. Use it with His Spirit, for He will not leave you alone, but He will Direct, Lead, Counsel and Anoint you. For He has called you to do the works of His kingdom. It just takes an Understanding of who is really in charge!

Who is calling the shots in your life?  Do you determine where you go, what you do and how you live?  Or, can you honestly say, “For me to live is Christ”.?-Philippians 1:21  If you want the walls to come down, Recognize His Authority and Respect it! Joshua, responded to God’s authority by falling at his feet and bowing before God. Get in to that position of absolute vulnerability and surrender. Place yourself in a position of helplessness before God. -James 5:14 Have an attitude like Joshua. It was like he was telling God, “Lord, I am Your servant.  Do with me what You will.  Use me, bless me,  or kill me.  I am Yours!”

If you truly want the walls in your life torn down, then you must come to the place where you literally give up; place your life in His hands and trust Him to do with you what He will.  Does that sound scary.? Maybe, but it is an essential step in obtaining true victory! Know that God is not out to hurt you. Jeremiah 29:11.  Whatever He decides to do in your life will always be for your good! -Romans 8:28

Fall on Your face before God in complete surrender and and you will see the walls in your life obliterated! It’s time to start enjoying the victory that only Jesus can give you.

Father God,  I stop my fighting!  I surrender my plans!  I relinquish my will!  All that I have and all that I am I yield to you.  Do with me as you please.  I am just going to rest in Your authority and trust you to do what is right. In Your Name I pray, Amen.
